We are a group of professional writers with more than 100 years of combined expertise producing content for magazines in the Carolinas and beyond. If you've been reading Charlotte publications for long, you may recognize some of our names...

We've created this website to share some of the great things we've found out about the Carolinas. Some of the stories here have been published before; others are written especially for The Carolina Connoisseur website.

Join us as we travel North Carolina, South Carolina, the Southeast, and around the world, discovering the best attractions, events, shopping and dining. Our special interests include dancing, films, equestrian activities, and water sports, so look for lots of coverage in those areas.
